RENTAL RATES

●RENTAL FEES 

-$200 for any one castle OR $300 for any two castles

-5hrs basic rental time 

-$20/for each extra hour

-Includes GST

-Includes free delivery in Sylvan/Villages

-Includes free rental of my 9'x9'x6' "mini castle"

-Includes free setup/takedown

(aprox 1.5hrs OUTSIDE of your rental hours)

-10% off for repeat customers

-Commercially insured

-$50 delivery fee if outside of Sylvan Lake

-Staffing is available for a fee

-Set up on a tarps.

-Setup with 18" deep HD steel ground stakes. 

-50% off a second castle for same day rentals.

-$50/generator for 5hrs and $75 if longer if needed.
 

PUBLIC COMMERCIAL RENTALS 

-Available upon request.  Some additional fees will apply.
 

GENERAL NOTES:

****$50 extra cleaning fee will be charged if there are any black shoe marks/streaks on slides.  They are very hard to remove and I almost never get it all off.  Does not apply if we are staffing your event.

-I no longer setup in areas that are covered in pine needles.
-No customer pick ups.  I must deliver and set up for liability reasons and to ensure they are in good shape and clean after each rental.
-All my castles are NINJA  and Magic JUMP brands which are the highest quality commercial castles existing today.

 -100% made in California, computer printed not hand painted.

HOW BOOKING WORKS:

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon booking containing a detailed copy of the bill, my waiver form, and a copy of the rules.  I will also call you two days before your event for a final confirmation.  Payment and waiver is not due until setup. No deposit is needed and no payments at all until your event.  Payments can be made by cash or etransfer upon delivery.
Also, I dont set up castles on city front yards that are unfenced and/or close to roads for insurance reasons and peace of mind.  I can set up on gravel driveways IF I can drive ground stakes into it but grass is best.  I can setup on concrete using sand bags if it's calm day.  Sand bags are not as good as ground stakes.
****Maximum age of riders is 15yrs****.*****Recommended age is 2-10yrs***
 

WITH REGARDS TO WEATHER:

I will cancel if its raining before your event.  If its questionable I may decide to set it up but will come and get it early if there is very high winds and/or thunderstorms nearby.  But we will discuss this beforehand.  A minimum 4hr charge will apply as well as out of town delivery fee if applicable; all other monies collected will be refunded at pickup.  So it will be up to you if you want to proceed.  I will hopefully show up on these days before the storm if I can and sometimes the storm may miss you but that's the chance we take on questionable days. Im not concerned about small showers that just pass over.  I am worried about heavy winds and storm cells and especially hail that will destroy my castles.  I'm not insured for damages from hail and wind.
***Indoor venue rental rates in Sylvan for 2019 are as follows $24/hr for community center gym and $26/hr for the fox run gym.  Call Nexsource front desk or town of Sylvan to book.  Arashido martial arts in sylvan is also available for $22/hr.
 

DAMAGES:

I do not currently take any damage deposits at all.  However should there be damages that require repairs, I will get a quote and send you the bill for it later as outlined in my waiver form that you will need to sign.  That said these are top quality heavy duty commercial grade castles and I've not experienced any damage at all in 3yrs of operation.
 

LIST OF AVAILABLE CASTLES:

Pirate Ship Castle,Princess Castle, Animal Farm Castle, Transformer Castle, Rock Star Castle, Seaworld Mermaid Castle, Plain Castle and our "mini castle" (free with any rental). Also two 4000 watt inverter generators are available.  
 

All equipment is bran new and they are vacumed out and wiped down after each rental or during setup.  And given deep cleans in spring and fall.

-Please note this is a small local start up and is not my full time job, I'm only booking jobs on my weekends off.  So please book as early as you can as my weekends fill up fast.
